The outstanding features of the new STIHL electric hedge trimmer range include precise cutting achieved by a reciprocating blade, optimum blade geometry and quiet yet powerful running. The new generation of trimmers (HSE 61, HSE 71, HSE 81) have extremely well-balanced weight distribution and optimum handle ergonomics with a rotating handle for safe effortless operation in every position. A practical wall-mounted protective sheath is supplied as standard with all hedge trimmers.

STIHL hedge trimmers are ideal for park, garden and landscape maintenance.They are characterised by their hard-wearing construction and practical features. Depending on the intended use, the equipment comes as either the T version for trimming hedges with thin branches or R version for cutting back overgrown or woody hedges.

The new electric long-reach hedge trimmers from STIHL are available in two shaft lengths and have a 0-125° cutting tool. This provides a large working range and is suitable for vertical cutting at a distance from the hedge. Ground-covering plants and shrubbery can also be cut horizontally. In addition, the carrying belt supplied as standard makes working considerably easier.
